Its stylish and ergonomic 8 square feet design is compact enough for any home or gym studio. Seats are padded with premium upholstery and are adjustable for better comfort. Each exercise station features instructional placards to demonstrate proper form and target muscle groups. Included with this product are five 200 lb. weight stacks, a standard 54″ cable crossover beam station and full shrouds to cover the machines.
